1. About us

2. Sessions
- Face-to-face KS3 Biology, Chemistry and Physics for students in Years 7–9.
- Sessions last 75 minutes and run at a 1:8 tutor-to-student ratio.
- Venue: Christ College School, E End Rd, London N2 0SE.
- Dates and times are shown on the Bookings page. We may need to change a tutor, room or topic. say how much notice you will give
3. Booking
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed place. A contract starts when we confirm your place by email. The person booking must be the student’s parent or legal guardian.
4. Prices and payment
- First trial class: free.
- Autumn 2026 term: £220 for 11 sessions (£20 per student per session).
- After you register, we email confirmation with payment details if a place is available. Term fees can be paid after your child has attended the free trial class.
- Submitting a form does not guarantee a place. Term places are confirmed once payment is completed, and are allocated in the order payments are received. add the payment deadline
5. Cancellations and refunds
Add the refund policy: the 14-day cooling-off period (and what happens if sessions start within it), notice needed to cancel, missed sessions, and refunds if we cancel a session. Keep it consistent with the FAQ on the Bookings page.
6. Health, safety and conduct
- Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs when you book, and keep us updated.
- Students must follow the tutor’s safety instructions during practical work.
- Add a behaviour policy, drop-off and collection rules, and what happens if a student is unwell.
7. Photos
We take photographs at sessions that may be shared with parents, or used in the STEM Dorado magazine or on our website for promotional purposes. We only use photos of a student whose parent or guardian gave consent on the booking form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
8. Liability
Add your limitation of liability wording and insurance details. You can’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
